That "top spin" is another variation with a different name. The two ends can move together the same way or move in different ways so the seats platform tilts and swivels as it flips and spins. A Top Spin stays level left-to-right as it flips and spins.
I think there is one of those other things at Busch Gardens Williamsburg...or there was.

Looks great! When using photos, try uploading them to Imgur so they don't go away (compared to most other hosts).

I know what you mean, but doesn't that one have just 1 big row of chars as well?
While in this picture it seems like there are no chairs in the middle. Like it are 2 separate rides...

Thats why i can't figure out what it is exactly. Looking ar the left "arm" i would say you are totally right but those missing seats in the middle are weird.

This time i went the safe way and just stored them on my own webserver. [tongue]

Yeah, the topspin thing does look a bit different. It could be because it's an earlier render, or it could be a completely different ride. Not really sure at the moment.

No indeed, even if it's another ride then it's not one i have ever seen before in real life. For some reason it just seems like an unfinished ride [big grin]
Hope we get some more flatrides soon. A while ago they stated there were "many more" to come.

This time i went the safe way and just stored them on my own webserver. [tongue]

Yeah, I'm trying to find a real pic of that other thing. I've seen them both ways.....row of seats all the way across and like this rendering all facing in toward the middle with the open area.
Either way, I hope they both make it into the final game........I'll have to re-buy it and try again once Atari is ready. [haha] My RCTW Steam refund notification arrived today. [big grin]

I know what you mean, there are indeed rides that looks like the chairs are "sideways". But don't know an example.
but judging from the picture it seems like the cars are placed like a regular "unsymmetrical" topspin (for lack of a better name)

Hopefully the mystery will be solved soon [big grin]
Atough i think we will get a top spin anyway, hopefully both versions just like we had in RCT3. (I believe the unsymmetrical one was added with soaked while the regular was in the base game)

Are you interested in also listing the types of coaster cars? I know videos from this channel have plenty of extra carts and artwork that you don't have listed.

Maybe thats actually an idea.. to split the "coaster" section up into 2 sections : Tracks and Trains/Cars.
The only "problem" then is that it's hard to know which car goes on which tracktype.

On the other hand, i might have the same problem now as well when we see multipe traintypes in a track.

Anyway, i think this is a good idea. I will start working at it soon!

The only reason "why" that i can think of is because this is an Alpha. There is many more to come [happy]
Im pretty sure a lot of flatrides will still be added.

Go to Imgur, then simply highlight all of your photos and drag them over onto your browser. Then click "Upload" and voila!

No hassle, and it never goes away... at least nothing of mine has gone away yet.

For now all is working and as suggested i made a split in track types and coaster cars. Im aware there are a few more confirmed ones (like the 2 in game tracktypes) and i will add those soon [tongue]
