It's still very early, and I'm sure Frontier is going to give it the proper love. With community aspect Frontier is hinting at it seems to me we are most likely going to be able to make our own Scenarios and share them too. This really excites me because that gives me a stronger reason to use sandbox mode as well.
The Scenario Editor Frontier gave us in RCT3 was really good and it was a shame there wasn't an easy way to share it.
This time around I hope they add even more parameters to Scenario requirements. Scenarios that take a long time to finish. Not just because it's hard but long term goals as well.
In the past you could set a Scenario to not allow landscaping. For PC is would be nice if you could block landscaping in specific areas. For example no landscaping in the existing park but any new property bought could be landscaped. or not allow landscaping in the front of the park.
To be able to block specific rides or building from being torn down. So in the Scenario you could remove and replace everything but might have to leave the one classic coaster or building alone and build from there.
To all the other management junkies out there. What would you like to see in the way of Scenarios.
