Coaster Enthusiasts - What coaster types do you think are still missing?

(A little bit of background - I’m not really a huge coaster buff, to be honest I didn’t really know there were so many types and styles and manufacturers etc etc, it’s just not something that has crossed my mind (obviously I know wood/steel). It’s only from reading the forum and following/playing the game that I learnt all about this side of things, so its got me interested.)[big grin]

So with that being said, I just thought I’d ask the forum to see what you feel is still missing from the game (in terms of coasters) or what you would feel would complete the coaster collection if they were added in the future. Are there any BIG omissions that you would like to see added is what I’m trying to say.

I’d personally like to see a water coaster and bobsleigh coaster make a return as they were in previous games. As well as the Schwarzkopf looping coaster, it has a distinct style so it would be a nice addition (I’ve seen its name pop up a lot on the forum, it’s the only reason I know about it).

It seems like there are a number of people with a passion for coasters on here so I thought I’d ask you guys. [happy]

I'd say that the Schwarzkopf looping coaster is sorely missing as well as the Mack bobsled. Others include the Vekoma SLC, B&M sitting coaster, and the Vekoma Flying Dutchman.

Vekoma MK-700. So I can build the Vekoma Illusion coaster. Only two of them were build. One in Bobbejaanland (Belgium) called Revolution, which still exists. The other one was build in Opryland (Nashville), called Chaos. Opryland closed and Chaos was sold, but never opened again and was later on sold as scrap metal.

The game has a lot of unique coaster types, which is cool, but they can only be used for very specific designs. Currently the game misses a lot of coasters in the mega-hyper category (with 2×2 seat cars) that are both flexible and fun to use. That's why I would love to see the following coaster types added to the game:

Mack Mega/Launch/Hyper (one coaster type that allows us to make all the different kinds of Mack Mega/Hyper/Launch coasters).
Intamin Blitz, also launched and chain, in addition, give the Invincible (Intamin Giga) 3 and 2 spline track to make it more flexible. Just having 4 spline track is unrealistic.
New Gen Vekoma, again both with launch and chain. A very cool coaster type that allows for lots of interesting and unique designs.
Chance Hyper GTX. It's unique and awesome and flexible at the same time, it would be a perfect addition to the game.

All relevant coasters are already mentioned here so no addition from my side.

But I would like to have some more extra elements in there that some manufacturers use.

Intamin and Zierer with their "drop-track" for instance.
Track switches with triggers would create massive opportunities as wel.

WE need mack launch, hyper, spinners that can invert from mack and launch,
i would love to see a patch update that updates the rmcs to include a lsm launch option and 90+ drops.
4D coaster zac spin and free fly but have more free roam like be able to make custom layouts that arnt limits to just vertical.
drop tracks added too, and storage sheds, and possibly a heart line tool to make coasters smoother.

I think the two main ones that are missing is the Vekoma SLC and Schwarzkopf coasters.

On a side note, I'd love them to see them add in the Arrow Pipeline coaster again!

We are still missing coasters from RCT3. The Schwarzkopf Jumbo Jet with spiral lift and single cars is one. Inverted wild mouse. And more. But I suppose they need to save some things for future updates. They can’t give us everything now.
