Here's a look at what will be in the email, comments welcome!
I Bootis system
A comms signal went out from the regions of Chango that echoed across the systems of I Bootis, Eranin, Dahan, and even the anarchic system of LP 98-132's Freeport Station located orbiting Anahit. A few CMDRs were already waiting for the signal, but a few others were able to crack the encryption method used to mask the message.
Here's the signal and its original message within:
Commanders, the Eranin state needs your help to push back to oppression of the Federation's military body. A few pilots within the Pilot's Federation have sided with our cause and supplied critical information that leads us to believe that the Federation is holding a staging area within the I Bootis system near the I Bootis twin stars. This information gives us an edge and allows us the possibility to make a move against the Federation to weaken their presence in the Eranin star system.
As the whole of the Eranin State military are busy holding the Federation at bay within the vicinity of Eranin 2, and 6, we're asking those of you who have received this and those who may possess ways to un-encrypt this message to assist us in making a preemptive strike against the aforementioned staging area in hopes of crippling their reinforcement abilities in Eranin.
Those who are willing to step up can meet with the following Commanders at following location sent with this message.
Pilot ID 550387
Pilot ID 237546

Bravo
Those that showed up the Chango Dock as the message requested were greeted by two Viper pilots who had their hardpoints out and cannons and missiles already set to attack. As each pilot showed up, they blurted the ID numbers in private comms with the two Viper pilots, confirming they were all there for the same thing.
A hour passed as pilots across the 4 star systems began to trickle in, even a few who had previously been pirates or bounty hunters. Crimes and Bounties were forgotten for the moment as the two leading pilots calmed the storm of chatter that had been established through the growing fleet of Commanders to coordinate in private, without the nearby Federation security vessels or the inhabitants of Chango Dock catching wind of the events that would seen unfold.
The small fleet of ships helm'd by the two Commanders quickly assorted the Anacondas, Vipers, Eagles, and few Sidewinders into formation and began their movement from the Chango Dock to the I Bootis Twins. Unfortunately, the Federation had caught wind of the operation some how as half the fleet seemed to half malfunctions with their hyper drives, leaving them stranded at the docks until a full systems reboot was finished. This caused the group to be split in two.
The first group arrived near the staging area at roughly 1220 and quickly went cold, giving the Federation Military outpost no chance of picking them up until the second group got to the checkpoint. Only one of the two large Anacondas had made the first group's jump and was positioned between the military outpost and the rest of the split fleet, giving the illusion of a single Anaconda "happening" to pass by.
The second group was mere light seconds away from reaching the checkpoint when a Cobra MK. III exited super cruise within a few hundred meters of a scouting patrol of Condors that caused the entire outpost to light up with the glint of hard point covers sliding open to extend the arms of death that would soon be upon the strike team. By the time the outpost reached full alert the second group has jumped in and the first Anaconda went hot, her engines blew ice off the fleet of cold fighters behind her and the fight was on.
The first group's fighters all spooled back up and when hot, cannons, multicannons, lasers, missiles, all coming online at the same moment as the call echoed across the comms, "You're clear to fire". Group one and two became one as the Federation's outpost rippled with the explosions of their ships.
One after the other, Federation ship fell to the strike teams prowess, the large Federal Anaconda's quickly being disabled by a wing of Vipers that went straight for them and the big Lakon 9's, completely shutting off all the support for the smaller fighters that were increasingly turning into debris and space dust from the constant onslaught of the Eranin strike force.
The fight went on for a straight twenty five minutes with moments that the strike team were left alone in the outpost with all federal ships disabled or destroyed. Those moments continued even after reinforcements were dispatched.
The Federation seemed to take notice of the strike as a wing of Heavy Assault Vipers armed with multi cannons and missile racks jumped in along side two additional Anacondas. Though the heavy reinforcements were well armed, the opposing force of Elite Commanders were able to send them packing back to the Federation.
The battle started to thin as reinforcements fell wave after wave and the Commanders made the call to exit the outpost and let the Federation feel the blow that had been struck.
A voice broke across the comms and laughed, " Let's dock at Chango before they even figure out what happened." And it was exactly what the strike team had done, they cruised back to Chango Docks and as if nothing had just happened, they docked within the safeties of Chango Dock and were greeted with the friendly smiles of mechanics and weapon merchants who repaired and rearmed the group's ships.
The morning ended with the two Viper Pilots sitting back in a bar at Azeban, raising a drink to the victory that was had.
Sorry guys, I got hammered in today's strike, lost my ship and 1.000.000 Cr in that little incident, so I can't effort to do that again, need to lick my wounds.
I believe myself and Vasious were able to actually disengage at the end of the strike and warp out with a few of the others that were with us.
I'm pretty sure the repair/loss cost was A LOT higher for the Federation.
