How do I Purchase Planet Coaster?

Hello whoever is reading this!

I have recently had a craze to play this game so I mustered enough money to buy it and when I went to buy it... I couldn't? It was the most frustrating thing, I would put all my Credit Card info in and when I got through everything it said that my order was cancelled? Why is this? Can someone please help me cause I really want to play this amazing game!

jk. I think it has to do with some credit card companies seeing that you're trying to buy something in another country so it's not letting you buy it. I've seen this brought up before and Frontier should be sweeping in soon to help you out. [up]

It might be that your credit card is blocked by your bank for use in other countries. You could try to contact your bank to see if this is the problem. If you have other problems with ordering Planet Coaster, you can always contact Frontier Support; they are happy to help you out.

And it's just because they want your money - they are one of the best support team for a game I know of - I've had issues (none to do with money/credit card) and the response from them is amazing.

As Joel said - contact the support team and send them any error messages you got - they might be able to look at your account and tell you why, as other have said you might need to contact your credit card company if you're not from the UK.
