Personally I'd like to see one but I don't think they are going to make one unless they make a sequel.

This has become my thinking recently too, as we near version 2.0 I think we can start expecting a full sequel PlanCo2 which would hopefully be fully backward compatible with the current workshop items, DLC, and have an extended career mode. Then they could hopefully improve the UI, AI, Frame rate performance, etc. before they add water parks and other water features to the series!
Surely a game called "Planet Waterpark" would be better suited?
or Planet Lagoon [wink]

No disrespect to those who want a water park add-on. But Soaked in RCT3 days wasn't very popular. I remember ShyGuy days and the amount of parks players created you hardly saw water parks
I played RCT3 when it was new and my personal experience was that many players shared/uploaded parks from the Soaked expansion. I personally did not enjoy the Wild expansion mainly because it ran poorly, and I would say Wild certainly had fewer parks uploaded, but the Soaked expansion was and still is quite popular, not only for the fact that it focused on water stuff, but also because it added a lot of other rides, scenery, additional features and little improvements to the base game.

Please don't speak for me. I don't want water parks. Never liked them for a theme park. They should, in my opinion, be a separate park/game.
As others have said, more water attractions, yes. Water parks, no!
I respect others opinion/choice to dislike water parks for whatever reason, but it would be such a waste for a separate game to be made. Like with Jurassic World Evolution, it looks like a great game but wouldnt it be more amazing if it could have worked as an expansion to PlanCo (if say it wasnt made for consoles)
I think a lot of people are expecting the PlanCo series to follow in the footsteps of RCT3 because of the fact that frontier owns/copyrighted the name Planet Safari, which would be an awesome expansion for PlanCo but IMO it would seem like a terrible waste to make PlanSafari as a separate stand-alone game, just as would be for a water park game.
If the devs were to make a game along the lines of either water parks or safaris, wouldnt it be silly to not have it be compatible with the current workshop items? Think about another zoo game like JWE but its called PlanetSafari now imagine that game utilizing everything PlanCo uses, the terrain tools, the moduler buildings, etc etc, but only it was a stand-alone game that has a separate workshop that is not compatible with PlanCo... don't you think that would cause a lot of complaints from people and that less people would buy it compared to if it were a compatible expansion?
I also think these expansions would contain a lot of core features, if implemented properly, that would draw in a much wider audience. It seems Euro players are more about "themes" which is cool, but I think the American audience would be more into the simplicity of water parks. At least thats how I felt about the Soaked expansion, it was calming and relaxing to setup a cool pool complex, much like the real life experience that you get from water parks [cool]
Plus, theres already quite a lot of creations on the workshop already which are all about water parks
seems like these shouldnt be ignored
