Maybe not a Scam in the traditional sense, but they expect you to "invest" money for which you would get a return if a certain criteria is met. I don't think any of those criteria will be met in the end and you are out of your money.

This is where it gets shady. They try to sucker in uninformed people.

The "game" (it's actually a free-2-wait cow-clicker) they want to put on the Switch already exists. The costs to develop a port are trivial and therefore the surplus of the investment is likely used to pay off company debts and keeping the sinking cooperation afloat for a little longer. Sounds pretty scummy to me.

Yes and as we said before, the clauses in the text enable them to use the Money for whatever, so if you are dumb enough to "invest" you can kiss your money goodbye.
