That makes me curious whether we are talking about avatar hats or scenery packs [wacky] (the ladder would be really cool, the first one pretty much meh to me)
And of course whether you intend to make money from those cosmetic stuff only or whether there will be bigger dlc/add-ons in the fashion of the free content (or even bigger) that we are willing to pay for?
This mostly sounds very nice.
There are two things missing in the news update I would like to get some more info about.
1. Custom scenery content? Will that be part of the free DLC and are they part for the paid cosmetic content as well?
2. How will you manage the workshop if players use parts of paid cosmetic DLC in blueprints?

Yeah sure This sentence says it all. Now melk the cash-cow. This game is far from beeing anything many people expected. It's lacking everything, it's not finished after release... Its even not a game and more a building tool at all. It's no fun for so many people. Everyone I knew quit the game cause it's bad. And for sure the company's priority now will be: Get more and more money out of it with paid mini-DLC's.
Because some stupid children today will buy into it. I will never.
Now you do it like EA with the Sims... really good idea. Hope every big publisher will sometime regret this strategy.
I played the game not more than 10 hours after release! Never again a game from you.... Its no fun, its not finished. Im done with it since months.

So does "cosmetic" mean like scenery? avatar items? that's a bit vague. I hope this doesn't cause me to not be able to load certain players parks who might be using content I don't have.
The free update in April sounds great [up] but I guess will have to be more patient to see something along the lines of RCT3 soaked? You guys sure have been a lot more secretive since alpha ended. But this was nice to find out something is coming soon!

Thank you Frontier, nice to know it's a Spring update, with 6 weeks or so left of Winter still, it's certainly something to look forward to in these remaining dank dark nights, look forward also to the drips of info between now and then, nice that there's more content 'streams', I've always enjoyed those [happy]

I will buy the DLC is its something I like because I like the game so I guess that makes me a stupid child huh?
