It'd be cool to see a new attraction that is 100% based on themeing and sequencing with the intention of building a show. The ride itself could just look like a section of bleachers or theater seating allowing 20-50 guests to ride at a time. The excitement for the ride comes through the use of sequenced effects and screens. The ride could be placed in a building with a single screen to show movies, or placed with a stage to have concert shows, or even a large open area to do a stunt show with all the new car jumps and crashes. Much like the new horror heights ride, I see the ride itself being a pretty generic framework to allow for a ton of custom themeing or scenery. It'd be cool to see variations of the ride for different sized shows and audiences.

Best idea I've seen lately. An obvious one too.... it would be cool to see guests flood into the amphitheatre and take up seats in anticipation of the show.
This would be a huge boost to the game! I'm surprised they didn't do this for the studios pack.
You're right, it would be similar to the horror heights with a generic flat-ride framework. It would technically be a flat ride, the simplest kind where guests come in and take their seats for a given duration such as between 1 and 5 minutes. Hell, give it a 30 minute upper limit! [big grin]
Simple to make for Frontier developers too, as nothing needed apart from guests coming in and sitting on seats looking towards the stage. Seats could be generic, max 50 at a time or something, and everything else built by us.

I´m wishing since RCT 3 a big Theater. Why only 50 guests? Why not 100-500?
When this come to the game, and i hope so, I wish they make a big triggerable animated curtain., or 2. One going out to left and right and one going up and down.

This has been suggested a lot of times already, and with good reason i think. It's a bit of a shame we can make wonderfull shows now full of animatronics and even movie theaters with the tv screens but we can not make guests actually watch them.
My personal suggestion would be to make use of the hotel mechanism :
1 - Entrance where guests will enter the Show / Cinema (similar to a ride entrance)
2 - Row of 5 seats that can be freely placed like any piece of scenery.
Then you connect the seats to the entrance of the show (Similar to how you connect rooms to a hotel) and the game will know that every guest entering the show should be placed on one of the seats.
The negative side would be that guests would "warp" from the entrance to their seating. But i think thats a sideffect of wanting so much flexibility in the amount of seats and flexible placements of seats.

As i metioned before, that was the biggest surprise with the studios pack for me. Also in the light of the competition "Doing a show".

That was exactly my idea. You can make the shows as big or small as you want this way (Or maybe hard limit to 100 like the hotels, this would still mean 500 chairs though).
And you can also make the setup whatever you desire.
Make all guests face the same way, like in a cinema.
Or square, round, oval, whatever.

In RCT-3 we were able to create shows with the soaked and wild expansion packs.
Like Animal shows.
How great would it be if we could build a theater with custom seating options (Change the range of seats, a square theater, a round seating theater or full circle theater or Amphi Theater in the open).
Options we should get:
- Stunt Shows (Great with the new studiopack DLC for decors)
- Circus or Acrobatic shows
- Animal shows:
- Dolphin
- Whale
- Tiger
- Lion
- Elephants
- Or a pet show
- Sky Dive show
- Water acrobatic show
- Mystery show
- Musical show
This could get a lot of people out of the regular queue lines.
How it should work:
I think we need the same system as the Hotels.
- One Stage piece, (multiple designs and recolor-able)
- Seating areas we can link to the stage piece
- One Entrance we can link to the stage as well that you can link to the path so people can actually join the seating areas. I don't know if it is better to link everything to the stage to the entrance section or to link everything to the entrance area.
- fully customizable stages, where you can script your show as setting up the lights/special effects/movements of the actors/trainers/aniamals which you can manage in a RCT-3 mixmaster alike interface.
- People need to react to the stunts-performance given in the show. And also have to feel a flow in the production.
- You need to have a guide for the sound, light equipment and the things you need to create your perfect parkshow.
- You need to be able to custom theme your arena's so that the show fit's within the theme area of the park where the show is based off.
- Your new employees are 'ACTORS'.
- Actor is to represent the story and to do dance and sing.
- New Employee: Acrobatics
- Employee that is trained to do acrobatic stunts.
- New employee: Stunt-Performer
- Stunt performer is trained to do the heavy stunts like jump off buildings, racing cars, wearing a flaming suite, jump from heights into water etc.
New Employee: Animal Trainer
- Animal Trainers are known for giving shows with animals.
All of the new Employees have needs and need to be fulfilled to be in or out of the production.
The show employees can also getting ill to have a day off at work so you always need a back up plan.

I think it´s better the people go to their seats , but freely placeable seats is good to. I have no idea how can work this together.
Maybe we have 1 or 2 frontier-made theater seatings with 50 and 100 seats and the people go to their seats, for fans of realism.
And a version with freely-placed seats with warp to their seats, if frontier have no better idea for this. But not warp from the Entrance. This is a stupid idea. The people can go to the front of the stage or you can choose a point in the theater and from this point the people are warped to their seats.
