Free Updates or DLC

I do expect some more updates but mostly I want it to be QOL updates. Personally for me it doesn't have to be free new rollercoasters (eventhough a bobsled would've been nice for the base game). But honestly we have plenty of coasters right now and the same for flat rides so I don't really feel like they owe us more free coasters or flatrides. The only thing I do think is a bit lacking are the transport rides. Right now we only have a train and a monorail. Thats it. We can't even use those cars as transport rides because the only rides that allow multiple stations are the train and the monorail. That feels a bit shallow and they aren't even usable on tight spaces because the turns need to be very wide. It would be awesome if we get multiple station support on every track ride and maybe even coasters too so they function as transport rides.
However I do think we should get some more free QOL updates to make the general experience of playing the base game a little smoother.
I'd more than happy pay for a full expansion like Planet Coaster Soaked! or Planet Coaster Wild! but a €3,00 gocart skin is not for me.

That is how I feel when it comes to DLC stuff in any game that I play.
Frankly, I'm happy with both. If they need to charge for DLC (as long as it represents good value) to keep production viable and pay their staff etc, then so be it.
Brett C has confirmed future free updates.However he didn't confirm exactly if they will have new content.He said they will include bug fixes[wink]
Well of course he can't tell you. But you can assume that he meant CONTENT (and possibly changes how the Game works).
I like both, payed DLC and free updates. When the three DLCs hit the Market, i had no clue what to use them for initially, but i thought i will think of something one day. And of course one of those Ideas grew and became a whole town square ^^
I actually used the transparent K.I.T.T. windows to make a very big window[wacky].So this pack finally brings some transparent glass pieces.[praise]
Transparent glass pieces have been in game since alpha
But people just seem to overlook them:The Entry and Exit Gates of the Attractions are transparent Glass, the Glass Roof Piece is transparent, and the front "Windshield" of the classic Looping Coaster is made of glass.
I only bring that up because people claimed that transparent glass was missing in the Game
Edit, yes there was only that Roof thing you could place, if you want to be pedantic about it ^^

That's one usable glass pieces that i didn't know about.Thanks for bringing it up.Still there aren't that much pieces in the game yet.Could be more!Just saying.[big grin]
