I've been wanting to say this for quite a while. It would be awesome if we could get a DLC featuring rides & such from Disneyland.



New Rides + Blueprints
-----------------------------

The Haunted Mansion (Paul Frees version)
Splash Mountain
Peter Pan's Flight
It's A Small World

Thats just some of them. What are your thoughts.

It's really a nice idea, but most likely will not be possible because of the license fees. Apart from the fact that Frontier has apparently completed some deals with Universal.

Please no Branded DLCs, their use is pretty limited. Also, didn’t you see that some “Disney Rides” Are already in the Game? Like the seven dwarves minecart ride. But I agree we need more boat ride type attractions for dark rides and suspended ones. Otherwise please no branded stuff. I already have not used the cedar point stuff once...

but you have extensively used the Back to the Future DLC [haha][mouth shut] .. I tease. I know you love BTTF.

If they do anything with Disney and/or any other cartoon characters (like maybe Looney Tunes) I personally would love to see lots of Entertainers or animatronics... what else do we need from disney when there are already tons of disney parks people have created?? we only need animated stuff! [yesnod]

Im not much into the branded stuff but a lot of the ride systems are VERY welcome :D

I have a question. Why does nobody in the community make their own custom content for Planet Coaster? Back in the day of Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, you could find custom scenery, flat rides, and track rides made the community that could be installed into the game. Steam Workshop is similar but not as such because that is only limited to the current in game items.

The answer is simple, because nobody figured out (yet?) how to do it ;)

I would prefer to see license work with real ride company like HUSS and Schwarzkopf! LOL! But I can see how Disney would attract the larger market. However licensing might be hard because of the behemoth, they (Disney) would probably prefer to have *their* own branded game as whole than as DLC in another franchise. But you never know. And yes because I am a sucker I would buy. I have bought all dlcs, even if I haven't used much of some. ha haha!

What about Nintendo DLCs? If Nintendo releases a Mario game on Steam then Frontier could license the company to add some of their content for a DLC pack.

I would enjoy seeing a nintendo DLC if and only IF it was all about entertainers and animatronics :)[up]

I don't get your jumps in Logic here: I am unaware of any Mario Games on Steam, maybe i haven't looked hard enough. But even if there were, those two things are pretty much independent. IF Frontier wants to License Mario stuff, that doesn't require that Nintendo releases Games on Steam.
