Few animation ideas

Maybe if you make them nervous, angry if the queue is to big,or make them use phones while waiting(surfing the or something like that).
Maybe make some guys that are trying to go pass the queue,so the security can deal with them..
Or make peeps take pictures with their phones, selfies, with coasters in background

More animations that give the guests more personality sounds great to me.

If they're queuing for a roller coater and part of the track goes over the top of the queue line, some of the guests could stare and watch the cart go by. You would see all their heads following it lol. Then maybe they get all excited as they start getting on the ride, or scared depending on how they're feeling.

I do hope these are individual emotions. I don't want everyone to be happy or whatever when something is happening.

Well I imagine each guest would have opinions of what they like. So while one person might get excited seeing an intense roller coaster going over-heard, another might hate intense rides and have a nauseous look on their face.

Preferably each emotion would have multiple animations it can pull from, so you don't have 50 guests all playing the exact same animation at the same time. But due to time constraints their would obviously be some overlap.

what a few people in wheelchairs

The guest animations seem to be coming along very nicely. All I will suggest is that perhaps guests will react to darkness (so they will maybe show a little fear/anxiety when watching a coaster train launch into a dark tunnel like Rock 'n' Roller Coaster) and guests will line up at station gates. I would like to have the freedom to design ques differently so maybe, I can do like six flags and the que just lets out into the station area where guests pick a row to line up at, or maybe I can do like Universal and Sea World and guests will go to front row que at a fork in the line, or go to "all other rows". And then guests can either choose a row freely or be assigned to a row by crew members. And finally, the Disney method of just being assigned to any row by crew members, with a small extra que in the station for guests who specifically request front row.

IN SHORT: guests need to be able to respond to different que situations. The animations of regular park activities look fantastic. I would like to know that they will be just as life-like when boarding the rides. Just watch videos online of que-walkthroughs at theme parks. Many parks have fast-pass type lines, stand-by lines, and even single rider, and all must operate together and be monitored (and in the case of boarding, controlled) by cast members at that attraction.

I know this is a lot so last idea: could we customize the worker uniforms for our rides? So we can create custom attire for the attractions such as selecting hat/no hat and choosing vest or collared shirt etc, and then uploading textures for the outfits... that would be awesome. I want to end this with a compliment rather than a request form: I love how guests will like rides better with themeing - that's what draws crowds to Disney, Busch Gardens, Universal, Sea World, Legoland, Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Etc... I also love how guests react to G-forces, just be sure to make them lean due to lateral G's (and there I go suggesting things again... )

Before I start a new thread, i thought about different animations for guests in queue lines. They should not only stay there and look around to rides.
They should lean on the handrails in front or backwards or they should look at people which passes by. And I hope that not every guests starts a big animation like we have seen in the gifs before. Some peeps should just stay for 10 minutes without doing anything just look a little bit left or right or at trees or birds.

Great idea! When I'm in Disneyland I always look to the beautifull scenery. I love what the Imagineers can do with a normal attraction.

I think that if guests are in a group of friends, sometime one of the people won't want to go on a ride and have to be forced on by the other group members (in a playful way, of course). Maybe if there is no line for a ride, the guests will climb under and over and through the que line gates. If there is a fast pass line in the game, maybe the people waiting in the regular could watch in disgust as the people who have the fast passes walk right past them in line.

For on ride animatons, there should always be that one person that screams there head off during a roller coaster. There should be the thrill seeker who puts there hands up and laughs during the ride and the person who is silent and holds on for dear life.

I also think guests should use the merchandise they buy. So if you are building a park in a place that has cold weather, the guests might buy coats and where them to keep warm. A cool animation of putting them on would be nice.

The guests animations are the thing I'm least worried about in Planet Coaster. Frontier had already showed us the complexity of the guests and there actions.

I second the wheelchair Idea, being a wheelchair user myself!!
Of course like me those peeps can't ride coasters anymore [where is it]

I came on here to ask if some of the peeps could be using wheelchairs thinking I would need to explain myself. I'm really happy that others think this way too. :) It'd be cool to see this make it into the game and when I get to make my peep through my purchased VIP Single Ticket, I can use a wheelchair. Maybe there'd be some concept of accessibility rating to the parks which could rise if it is designed for all visitors and could act as a visitor/marketing boost!

That can also mean that people who are scared go back through the queue and out or go out of the exit if they are near the ride or if they are scared but still want to ride it then they slowly go on the ride and everyone are shouting to hurry up[squeeeeee][big grin]

Not sure if it qualifies for an animation but i noticed that in RCT3 when a guest buys something they automatically use what ever it is (Hat, Plush, etc.). Would be nice if some of the things purchased could be carried around in a Theme Park Bag.

Perhaps when peeps see someone they "Know" they might wave excitedly to them from the Que line?[yesnod]

They could have a peep come up to someone already inline. Give that handshake/hug. The universal sign for I gonna cut line. [mad]

or "man-hug" half hug (hold body at distance and thump the back with hand because omg better not go proper hug because omg do not want to be seen as omg..) however it is quite lame so maybe better not seeing in game! Sorry for snarky time now. I just dislike line cutting like that. In queue lines with ropes and all that I think it is not nice to do that. When I queued and my friends came then I would stop and let people pass by me. Plain courtesy.
