Do we also MAKE Money from the rides / shops yet - don't see the point of money unless we make money also - like Parkitect we can make money from the shops and not place anything if we can't afford it.

Yup, I also get money. Money also seems to be dropping every second (like 5 cents or so), so there might be running costs or something like that
