Money in Alpha 2?

Yep! And it tells us how much money guests are carrying, along with their thoughts!! <3

It doesn't seem to say how much things cost except the coasters, their cost anything from $2 per piece! :)

Absolutely - I'm glad we got a sneaky look at simulation even if it's not finalised. Yeah the thoughts are there too!! Look amazing!!! :) :)

I noticed in the five minutes I got to play it (I'm at school ATM) that building coasters actually costs you money. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, this is intentional, this is a simulation game and there's going to be those sort of simulation features fully implemented eventually, this is just the start of that implementation.

I know that, but I didn't think it would be implemented yet. They said all the business stuff would come in alpha 3. I just hope there are no negative consequences for going into debt in alpha 2.

Don't worry, there's no penalty for going into debt in alpha 2!

Will there be a true sandbox mode in the final release? Frankly I'm not interested at all in the simulation part of the game. For me, I've enjoyed RCT3 and now the alpha of Planet Coaster as a fancy virtual set of lego to kill some time and clear stress :)

OMG, Building things costs money shock!!!!!!!! (er, thats pretty much going to be the POINT of the game, Managing your budget, building things that make more money, etc. This isnt just a model set you know)

I love the fact that they have an early money aspect to the game now. I actually really enjoy having it there. Although it's far to easy to make money now and everything is too cheap lol. I made two coasters last night and when I shut down the game I had 54,000 in the bank oops.
