Graphical Suggestions Thread

I would like to make this thread a bundle of suggestions for Planet Coaster that are graphics-related.
The game looks totally amazing so far in my opinion. And I think the art style of the peeps couldn't have been better, but we've just a (very awesome!) trailer and a few renders, and we haven't seen real in-game footage yet. What are things YOU think Planet Coaster should do graphically.
You can also post in this thread what you did and perhaps did not like about the graphics of the game/trailer/renders you've seen so far.

I'll start with 1 thing I think Planet Coaster should have:

3D Grass

We've seen this in the E3 trailer, and it looks absolutely amazing that way, but will the game have this in-game? I think 3D grass adds so much
realism, life and cozyness to your park. What would be even more awesome is a way make us able to choose the length of the grass, wheter it's
a slider or a certain grass length that's linked to a ground texture by standard.

I'm curious what everyone else comes up with :D

Yes I totally agree that 3D grass, like in the trailer, would add tons of life and coziness to our parks!

I know people already have suggested the handymen from RCT 1 and 2, but as far as the length of the grass, maybe it's the handyman's job to keep it at the desired height.

The whole trailer is amazing! Not only the grass [squeeeeee]

I love the grass and I love music from the trailer. Hope this music is used for the opening sequence of the game when it's finished.

I hope so! First you see something of Frontier Developments and then the announcement trailer with the music. Then you see the main menu.

I want to see different weather like sunny, rainy, fog, snow, thunder and windy.

Weather is something Id love to see in it also. Yeah, rain can cause lag issues, but when the peeps start pulling out their umbrellas, the pathways would become waving paths of color coursing through the park. I dont know about yall, but Id always have different colored umbrellas sold across the park to fit a theme.

There are some amazing animations with the guests and it makes me wonder if we are going to have parks that can accommodate thousands of visitors, all performing in their own way throughout the game, isn't it going to cause frame rate problems, especially if your computer can't handle high end graphics. Oh and talking of guests, are we to assume the word peeps will have to be dropped?

But so far, I am over the Moon, with what Frontier have done with our lovable, humorous and countless variety of guests. They are going to make Planet Coaster really come alive and with my vip ticket I might even see myself hobbling around the park. [where is it]

3D grass would be amazing. I love most of what I've seen in the pictures and videos that were shared... but I hate the grass! It doesn't even look like grass, to be honest. But that's probably the only thing that's bothering me. The devs are doing a great job and I'm pretty excited to play this game.

:)

I would assume that the people will be called guests instead of peeps now, since RCTW is using peeps. When Frontier first launched Planet Coaster, they said that this is NOT a sequel to RCT3 and that it is its own new game. I kind of like the change to guests because it makes the game feel more realistic and new.

"Guest" is more classy anyway.

I understand why visitors are called "guests" in every Disney parks.

A good looking grass is a main role in this game, since this game isn't just about building roller coasters anymore. You also want to build very nice landscapes and thats the reason why the grass (you will mainly have 50% of it) is so important. It just makes the game looking more friendly. :)

That was a stunning announcement trailer! It was the best way to start off the interaction to the public about development. It was even cooler since the "other" game had released its disappointing trailer just a few months before.

3d grass would be great, even if it's not a game breaker for me... But it's sure that it would add realism to the game.
