Soundproof Walls

So, I'm sitting here making a dark ride on RCT3 and you can hear lots of different sounds in world and this takes away realism to your indoor rides... but what if..?

What if on Planet coaster you had the ability to soundproof your dark ride rooms? I'm trying to think of how it could be done, like, okay.. Imagine you are building a dark ride and you have an enclosed room, but then you could highlight these walls and there is a button that turns on sound proofing, so in that room you can not hear the outside world, you can just hear the audio you have added inside that room. Does that make sense? I've got a pretty clear picture in my head, but it's hard to explain.

"Painting" the zone. It would not also help with the "no sound entering that area" but also to create dark places that are not affected by the games daylight cycle.

I think sound should be muted a lot so you can barely hear sound through a wall.
