Will we be able to Buy more Land or Building Rights?
In Sandbox, will the map grow as needed? If I remember correctly, RCTW said their Sandbox will but not sure of Prerendered Parks.
I don't think this will be a problem myself and will be included but in RCT3 in Uncustom Sandbox Mode, the Park is Set in Size and people were running out of room fast, especially with Real Long and Tall Coasters. I could be wrong as I use the Default Sandbox to build.
We should be able to Build Outside the park. Let Us add the Parking Lot, Hotels, Restaurants, Lakes, Picnic Area, and Separate Sub Parks. You would have a Main Park with Coasters and Flat Rides, A Water Park and a Separate Go-Kart Park. Letting the Guest decide which park to visit to sue their needs and be able to visit any combination of parks. I think we can do this in RCT2 to a point. I just don't think we can have more than one park, just the one park divided into sections.

I am to concern about the map size it would be nice to get some sort of idea of the scale of the map comparing it to other similar games such as SimCity skylines rollercoaster tycoon and on console zoo tycoon ect there's nothing worse then playing this sort of game and running out of space
