Voiceattack registration?

Has anyone else had problems getting their registration e-mail from Voiceattack after paying for the program?

I've tried getting the mails resent, tried the automated response and even a direct e-mail to Voiceattack.

Eight hours and counting with zero response on all fronts is not reassuring.

I think you would be better off contacting Voiceattack themselves about that.

Did the installment last week. No problems at that time. They didn't stop the support on that program, or did they?

I know that the last update dates from somewhere in 2013. I hope I'm guessing wrong.

It worked fine for me back when i registered.

Ah thanks for that, at least that is helpful. I guess I'll leave it until tomorrow and see if something gets sorted out in the meantime.
Pity as I was looking forward to trying this today, guess It was not going to be.

Do you have the paypal transaction code? If so you can do it on their website and your code will come up onscreen.

I had two days without receiving my email so did it this way.

Yep I tried that a few times and it didn't work for me.
However, I've just received a mail from Gary at voiceattack giving me my registration code, so everything is hopefully rosy in the garden again.

Now time to catch up on a few missed hours....

Hi

Better contact them
i had my e-mail within 10 mins of clicking buy in the transaction page
that was about 4 weeks ago
best 8dollars spent for ages
i even use it now on some other sims i runsometimes

I had an issue when I registered, but it was due to my PayPal account being registered to my domain.com account where as generally use my domain.co.uk account - Turns out there is an issue with my .com account that I still need to sort, but that aside, when contacted, Gary provided my Registration code quite promptly.

Hat's off to the guy for a brilliant application.
