out in the black...plotter seems to be acting up...

i'm using spansh neutron highway plotting jumps to beagle point...spansh gives a list of points but the in game plotter wont go past 55%..i've tried putting a smaller figure on jump range but no good. any ideas?

no I don't think so...I've tried plotting different directions, different distances...ran pointer around map, there is a big area behind that is permit locked but i'm well clear of it

Have you got the correct non-boosted jump distance in the plotter? I am also not sure if it takes into account jumps between stars that require jumponium, either of these may cause it to have an issue.
