Access Denied to station during mission?

I'm just delivering domestic appliances. Had four missions all together and two to this station- went there first "Access Denied" left to 17km came back same thing, logged out/back in same thing so I went to two other systems to deliver the rest and back still won't let me in?
Kraits are mediums
Type 7s are large
You are right no Outpost has a large pad
Do you have a medium ship with the cargo capacity to swap to?
Not sure why the mission wasn't blocked for you if you accepted it in a large ship
Just out of interest, were you actually in the T7 when you accepted the mission? As you say, if you were then the mission shouldn't have been offered. Were you maybe in the Asp/Dolphin at the time, then swapped over?
If you try and dock and there are no suitable landing pads for your ship the message usually tells you. So you should be able to tell if a relog will help versus a ship change.
Brendon Gateway is an Outpost, so no Large landing pads.
My money is on you accepting the delivery in a medium ship, then switching to a Large ship to accept more deliveries, thus, why you wouldn't have been told "ship too large".
It's a problem others have hit before, with no easy solution (imo)

Yeah this happened to me before. And until the game lets you temporarily unload cargo again, I'm always double checking the destination isn't an outpost if I intend to bulk deliver in a bigger ship. When it happened to me the only solution was to fail the mission as I had no other ship with at least the same cargo capacity.

That's another thing, there was no greeting when I arrived. IDK I was in the T7 when I took the mission and usually there is a "Ship to Large" mission(s) that I can't take so not sure why it gave them to me.
I can't outfit one of my other ships either because to do that it has to be able to hold what I have in the T7- this is a pickle, Now that I think about it more today the day before I was mining in my AspX and maybe I did take the missions while still in the Asp? Not sure- but that doesn't help with what to do at the moment.
The only thing I can think of now is to drop the cargo somewhere, change/outfit the Asp and go get the cargo back- but would it still be there? I guess that is what I'm going to try, wish me luck lol
