Guardian FSD Booster Blueprint

Hello Cmdrs,

I just started to play ED again after some years. I'm equipping my ASP Explorer for a long expedition and i'm trying to unlock the Guardian FSD Booster. Following the video of Cmdr Exigeous i headed to the system HD 63154 body B3A. I did the minigame at the guardian site, i scanned the orb at the end but it did not give me the blueprint but something like a Xeno data entries for the codex.

Anyone know if FD changed something with the blueprints? How can i get the FSD Booster blueprint that i need?

It sounds like you used the composition scanner but not the data link scanner. You need to use the latter to get a data item (such as a blueprint), rather than a codex entry.

Tnx for the reply, now that you told me i feel so stupid... For sure i have them both in the same fire group, and i used the fire 2 button on my hotas for the scan, i'm just not sure if the data is bind to the fire 1 or fire 2 button but at this point i guess i used the wrong scanner 😭😭😭😭

Anyway tnx again, i'll try again tonight

This is not the first post where someone has become confused about which scanner to use, and it won't be the last. I had to reset my fire groups yesterday and I'm thinking, wow there's now three different types of scanner to think about here. Easy to get confused.
