How to see where/how many planets first mapped by yourself?

Hi all,

I’ve been scanning systems and mapped some planets, then sold some at a station. Then there’s notification saying that I was the first to discovered/mapped a planet. I got no idea which one that was. I’ve checked the log from right screen but it only shows log from the current session. Is there a way or two to find out?

I have tried Inara, but there's no such thing. the log section or anything related to logs/journals are empty. The rest of them seems to work ok but lagging behind on updated info.

The rest that you suggest, I'll investigate as soon as I can.

Thanks

They work together. You need at least one API in order to update your profile on INARA and EDSM. They work and log nearly everything, or more like Elite Dangerous Already does that. API named EDDiscovery (aka [EDD].exe) will show what ED is logging and you can then edit, modify & add to it.

Thanks, I tried EDD and found that there's huge amount of data. I tried filter some out and yet the data is still large and growing by the day.

Also, It could have been my own misunderstanding. I came across something similar that I was the first to discovered by selling scanned data at one station. I couldn't have been me who is the first since the route was the one from the common area to Maia and this time I'm sure check each planet and found all have been discovered and or mapped prior. I think it only meant that I was the one who discovered and sold data at that particular station.

You may have been the "First to discover" on/using EDD, INARA / EDSM. But not in game. EDD does mention when its a 1st time discovery but thats for the CMDR in question, and only the CMDR. As in it was the 1st time you Discovered it.
