Route Plotter could use love developer love

Right now I'm flying without a fuel scoop, and my two choices in route plotting are economical and fastest routes. Fastest has me there in 4 jumps, but short 1 jump of fuel. Eco gets me there in 9 jumps, no problem.

In reality though, I could make it in 5 jumps, 3 at fastest and 2 at eco, which is what I did.

So devs, maybe add a third option that gets you to destination with almost empty tanks, which in my case is what happened but the station was close to the star so all ended well.
 
I would like to have the ability to plot route by hand i.e. be able to mark each waypoint in a route that I choose and not have to follow the default waypoints selected by the route plotter.

This has been on people's wish list for a long time. Don't hold your breath, sadly.

If/while they’re at it, allow players to autoplot and then make changes to the jumps in the route.
 
I would like to have the ability to jump with 90% of my max jumprange. So you can allmost double your jumps per fueltank. The percentage should be variable. This would be great for ships like the Vulture or FDL.

Yes to both the above ideas. In fact there's probably a lot more that could be done without too much coding needed. For example as each waypoint is manually plotted in the G map we could be informed of distance and fuel usage for that particular jump, estimated fuel remaining and more.
