COLONIA - Are there many stations to trade between, fights to be had over there?

It's way smaller, which has the effect you quickly know where to go, to do things you want to do.
Engineer? 1 jump away. 180 ton palladium missions? 1 jump away. Datamined wake exceptions? Jacques, 1 jump away ...
And if you like some (mostly friendly) pew pew, come to Carcosa, we have cookies and anarchy, too :)

While Bigmaec ain't wrong, it is worth noting that not all modules are available. So if you are still near the bubble I recommend making sure you buy and store a number of modules that you may want to use so you can ship them over when you arrive!

While true, as a good used ship salesman I certainly won't tell the whole truth, just the things which makes my offer look shiny 😅

I am about 160 jumps on the pilgrimage, if i turn round chances are i wouldn't attempt this again, its an in for the penny in for the pound type scenario for me at the moment!

Thanks for the advice though guys, appreciate it :)

Good luck with the trip! There's a bunch of resupply bases along the route which can make it a bit easier if you need repairs.

We've got a wide range of stations, sightseeing opportunities, stations which are also sightseeing opportunities, the best engineer (and three other pretty good ones), excellent rings for miners, major exploration points of interest nearby, molluscs to play with, and pretty much all the routine trade and combat stuff but with a nicer backdrop. See the link in my sig if you want some lists, or not if you want to do your own discovery when you get here.

Other than a couple of weekend trips and a short survey of some local nebulae, I've been out here for about 2.5 years now, so there's no shortage of things to do.
