If only there was somewhere online where we could go to see what bugs have been reported in the game. Then we'd be able to answer the question once and for all.

You are just making this up. It's exactly the other way around, steamcharts threads get posted in between updates when the concurrent players are low. And it's always by the same people who refuse to learn what these numbers and lines they are posting actually mean. Already happened in this thread as well by the way.Until someone posts the Steam numbers right after a major update and / or a holiday sale, then Steam numbers are equal to the 10 Commandments blazed in stone by the finger of God...
If you wanna claim something then its on you to defend it. Its not my job to go searching for the answers to other people's claims.
I am just saying it's really not healthy the way people play this game for years and end up hating it more and more as time goes on, then come to this forum whinging because (it seems) they have nothing in their lives other than this game.Yes, I will move on when I get bored. That is what emotionally healthy people do! Also life's just too short, there is so much to see and do. Games are just a small part of it..
Dude, we get it. You started 2 weeks ago and are completely in the Honeymoon period. I understand, I was like you. Enjoy these first couple of months. We'll talk again about bugfixing and new featyres after you've followed the game's evolution (and this forum) for a year or two.
I appreciate that you really love the game (I used to as well), but to be fair, if you really want to know what bugs are in the game, there's an entire website dedicated to this, along with forum archives of bugs reported before the new system went live. I personally invested a lot of time back in the day documenting bugs, including screenshots and videos, all available in the archives for you to look at. Expecting us to repost our reports here "makes you seem foolish at best and childish at worst."
If you're not experiencing bugs, then there is no reason to go looking for them. Just accept that many of us are plagued with bugs, be it because of the platform we are on (PS4 for me) or the way we want to play the game (a bug in mining only affects those who mine, for example). In return, I accept and even celebrate that you and others are enjoying the game. That's basically what this thread is all about, to see who is still enjoying the game and who isn't. No need for one side to proselytize the other and vice-versa.
Which part of 'impression' do you not understand? It's middle school level language. Maybe you should play less games and get some schooling?

Just because you have seen no bugs, does not infer any right to you to come here and ask me to list all the bugs I have seen. Anyone with child level reading ability can go to the bug board and read it. Or is there some other motive?
As good as my English is, my math' are even better. This year is 2019, the 'promised' big update is 2020, the announcement of that was in 2018, the same year they promised other premium content and didn't deliver. Now I'll leave you to subtract 2018 from 2020. I know you can do it. If you try really hard.
Personally, I spend maybe 10 minutes per day browsing this forum while I have breakfast. Haven't played in over 5 months. I do not "whinge", I state my opinion about the game because it is such a massive failed opportunity. Then I go on living my life and playing other games. But I still think someone needs to occasionally give a reality check to the "Elite is the best videogame ever!!1!!" people.
It's not. And if you're right that "people play this game for years and end up hating it more and more as time goes on"... well there's something wrong there isn't it? Most great games I play for a long time I eventually get bored of (it's normal) and leave them aside with great memories of them.

Bugs:
The FSS used to become flat and view at an angle when you were trying to focus on long distanced stars - this was supposed to be fixed after 1 patch but it took them 2.
Also, when you magnified on a planet, and un-focused, the focus was moved to it's parent object, which was disorienting.
While they fixed this, they introduced a bug in FSS that rotates star systems. And, what is worst in my case, when you magnify on an object, sometimes the planet lines move like the horizon on a ship in bad weather, which even if it lasts for 1 second it makes me nauseous. I don't dare go back exploring until it's fixed.
Also, I think the problem with the blue planets is still there (they appear like they are mapped even if they are not).

Well, Judging by those steam numbers, the game is still doing 50% better than 3.2 in November.
So the game seems to be doing better than last year which is really thanks to the exploration and mining mechanics.

Eh I would be fine with crossplay. But then again I only play in solo mode. So i don't think my opinion counts lol
I'll just put this into perspective for you.... 48W played on my main account with about 30 billion in cash, 3 Cutters, 2 Corvettes, and a multitude of other ships. There's another 4 accounts heavily played with more billions than I care to mention. My most recent account, has 28 hours played, is Elite Explorer, Elite Trader, has a Cutter and a Corvette.
None of that matters.. The game has bugs that have been present for years. My 'Impression' is the game is stagnating.

My "baseless assumptions" come literally from what you say:

Now, maybe you meant to say that you've played for 2 weeks on PS4 while you also played dozens of years on PC. But that's not quite what you communicated above, "champ".
So drop the attitude. You're acting like a child towards everyone here. We're voicing our opinions in a pretty civilized manner while you snap at everyone. Nobody cares.
I believe the topic was hundreds of bugs that never get fixed. Posting bugs that are fixed within days or weeks probably doesn't illustrate the point.
Regardless, it's pretty clear that there are some very old bugs. There are maybe a handful of game breaking bugs and a ton of minor issues. They often fix 2 things and break something else. Also FDEV often releases pretty broken updates.
On the other hand each of their patches address 100-1000 issues, it's just not always the thing that annoys you the most so I understand why some people are getting upset.
