Because you asked for value and I was telling what my mods were, will you ask me for basic speed or hull mass? Told you the non-standard things, if you want to complain you will find things, just go help someone else
Yeah, once we got into whether it was plasma/rails I reminded myself of seeing a constant ala beam laser hit on my shields, still seriously no idea what his mods were?

There is no quick and dirty yes or no answer to the OP question because of all the optional ship builds available in ED. Reporting to FD is fine, they will investigate but will likely need more proof then verbal explanation in order to take action. Might just become a flag on the persons record so to speak.
Everyone here is willing to help where they can. I've seen Bob lighthouse and Attack Chip post multiple times helping others.

Thanks, I kinda know how, was expecting people to come up with some crazy guardian mods explaining how a cutter is gunned down by a 'medium' ship based on the hardpoints so fast, you were not much of a help anyway.

It is not uncommon for the same question to pop up multiple times as people rarely try to back read post to collect the information.
I understand you where trying to get a clear answer if it was cheating. And honestly we can not make that determination , we can only speculate.
but with enough information we can come to a reasonable conclusion biased on the numbers as we have nothing else to go on.
Don't let this prevent you from asking questions further down the road. just have an expectation that we are players too, and are not always 100% accurate or excatlly what your looking for, but we try.

Like I said it sounds more like a shadow ram, but yes, 4 frags can take 1000hp off a hull with no resistance in a single pass.
Thanks man, it seemed originally that the question was answered with good intents, then there were some guys just trolling I believe at this point. Hope FD can settle the matter, as noone offered anything coming close to what I experienced and I am not going to go in and back from outfitting just to answer inane questions from 'helpers'.
