Would be a really cool addition to house the six small theropods in. Adjust the design a little so the fence struts aren't so large and long and remove the mesh over the top to give unobstructed viewing. Give the interior portion enough room to have the Grassland and Forest requirements for the Velociraptor, which gives plenty of room for the other five and their needs. For the water and food, have specific spots along the sides and in the center area to place Pen-specific water containers and meat tables that otherwise function exactly like the water and feeders outside. Guests can walk along the outside rim as well as be in the tower looking down into the Pen, and it attaches to pathways at the two stairways. When the dinosaurs want to escape they can jump at the fencing (has the strength of the tier two electrified steel fencing) and jump out when it breaks to wreak havoc.

Would be very cool and space efficient but I doubt we will ever see anything like this. Though some more things they could do to it is make more balanced is have it consume 10 or more power and cost as much as a Hammond Lab, could also have the loading gate so it would be susceptible to sabatage.
How about the Raptor pen and T-Rex Kingdom from Jurrasic World. I'm trying to think of how they could be interesting, yet balanced with existing gameplay. They could take up half the space normally needed for these dinos and give 100% visibility, but they need notably more power than fences and 2 gallerys would, are much more expensive, and need flat terrain in their footprint. Additionally, dinos can't escape and feeding is taken care of as part of the running cost of the building, but you can only put one species inside (small carnos in the pen, large in the kingdom) and if the building breaks or if there is a gate sabotage event then the door will open.
They could possibly make them attack the fence/gate to for a breakout, like how the Indominus did in JW
