But of confused.com for me, maybe others... my imperial rank is 100%... I went from nothing to serf rank in 30 mins. I wanted to check the progress each time I handed a mission in but it was always 100%.. I can't see how I'm progressing to the next rank up..

Why is this?

You need to do a rank up mission to get next rank.
Meanwhile, you are still gaining experience, it's just not showing until you do a rank up mission.

There is the superpower relation on the top and the rank progress bar below that. Empire relations are and stay at 100% as long as you are doing missions for them and only decay slowly down to 75% when you neglect them. Title progress below does not degrade and once you are at 100% you do a rank up mission and the progress gets set to where you are for the next rank. Which can be at 100% again if you did a lot of missions before doing a rank up as the ranking progress does not get capped at 100%.

You've already done a heap of missions for the Empire and gained a heap of rank with them so every time you do a rank-up mission it's just propelling you straight through the next rank.

Eventually, if you keep doing rank-up missions, you'll get to a point where all your accumulated rank is expended and then you'll start to see progress, as it happens, again.

It's a quirk of the game, but better this way than "I've wasted hours grinding for Imperials/Feds and there's no rank up missions."

Take a rake of rank up missions at one time, as long as you haven't handed in the first rank up mission the mission boards should spawn them, then once you have a few perform the tasks and hand them in. Reason I say to do this is IIRC rank up missions are worth a ton of rep towards your next rank.

Do you mean keep the rank up mission on my mission board on ship and only hand in the other until my board is full of rank up..

Don't think it will be that long before I start getting a percentage back below a 100%.. I look forward to it. I hate not knowing how far behind I am.
