I may have found the most northern star above SagA*... but i have no idea how to get to it

QUEMIE AA-A H2 is 3,883.5LY above sagittarius a*.... its way above the usual galactic plane. All alone and has sparked my curiosity... but i can't even begin to figure out how to reach it.. maybe RAXXLA watches over the galaxy from there!? Challenge everyone to get to this lonely world! It would have quite the view!

Not seen the galmap as im still travelling home but would jumponium and a neutron do the job? (Assuming theres a neutron close by and jumponium works with neutrons?).
