I'd like to see some videos where you fight more competent pilots. This joker is charging right at you from six kilometers out, for crying out loud. It's almost like he wants to get torped.
I only fight those who interdict me, and I only interdict Elite Wanteds*. The prevailing wisdom is that "Elite" in combat doesn't mean jack, but that's the system we have. Feel free to dispute it with the developers.
*OK so there's 1 exception. I did interdict a player ranked Master, flying a T-9 in SD. I also destroyed that player's ship and got a bounty doing so. That player's screen name was:

You should just make a compilation of garbage level pilots getting torpedoed in FDLs, so we can point, laugh, and shame them all at once.

As far as finding more challenging opposition it'd likely be as easy as making a post here asking for fights. If you're ever in Colonia, I'd be happy to indulge you.
Elite rank just means that they have grinded in PVE, it can be done while afk in a turret boat

He ate a salvo of torps to the face, then decided that the most tactical move to make would be to do the exact same thing that got him torpedoed the first time.
I can sorta see how he might have thought the first salvo was all Webgear had, if he'd assumed they were medium tubes, but that's not the sort of guess I'd stake a rebuy on considering I'm exactly the sort of person to fire a large tube only twice to fake someone into thinking I'm spent.

On one hand though, it's a Mamba, I guess with c2 hardpoints on the Kraits the bluff should work better.
On the other hand, flying this way into some torps twice I'm not sure the other CMDR knows a Mamba has no c2 hardpoints
