I just hope B.C. is going to be given a chance to teach us something new and interesting.
I've been highly annoyed by general dumbing down of pop-science TV for quite some time. I understand they have to cater to a general population that is steadily becoming unable to absorb information, but still, it would be nice to have a documentary that doesn't treat me like a six year old.

I enjoyed it so much I started a thread on it untill Vasco pointed out he’d ninja’d me by a week with this one cough cough. Thought it was an absolutely stunning set of programmes combining present scientific facts with speculation perfectly and back dropped with some stunning cgi
The CGI was exceptional, But i felt the shows educational content was limited. I didnt learn anything new from the series.
Great for Space newbies though, Tried to get my Nephew watching it.... But fortnight said no.

Have you considered that for the cost of a computer game you can have something like these to hook their interest?

Ive got my own Scope, he looked and saw that everything was either a Dot or hard to see. Like most people who look through a telescope they expect to see a 4k hubble wallpaper.
So maybe when he's a bit older and more willing to learn new things.
For the time being... EPIC games own his soul. (and my sisters wallet)
