I unlocked Palin quite some time ago. I was going back to pin a different blueprint and his base no longer shows on the system map. It still shows the marker on the galaxy map but nothing in the system or at the planet itself.

Someone should update his ‘view on galaxy map’ link on the engineers tab because it’s still pointing to Maia.

I'll assume that you're new to the game seeing as how you've only been on the forums for eight days. The server tick happens on Thursdays. Anything that changes or is updated or nerfed or what-have-you usually happens on Thursdays. I wasn't being flippant.
I know you weren’t and I appreciate the thought behind your post. I was gently teasing you and the IT people at our place. I am aware of Thursday changeovers.

Is it a coincidence or more than that Palin's research base is now located in an Alliance system with an Alliance PMF?
Is this a temporary relocation?
And what does this mean for Farseer? Maia was the source of the meta-alloy for her. If Maia is swarming with Thargoids and meta-alloy is Thargoid tech, either ED is inconsistent or Baby's First Engineer just got a lot harder.
