Thanks for all the likes on the previous post people, I've worked out a couple more.

Today’s cruise includes some delightful views, our flight attendants are on hand with full details’ = We’ve leaked Onionhead into the Oxygen supply and things are going to get psychedelic real soon

Don’t scan me officerr I have nothing to hide = My wing-mate is silent running into the station with the contraband now while you get suspicious over here

Will this scan take long officer? = I’m paying for this Xihe Biomorph’s..err..’services’ by the half-hour and I'm running out of credits! / For the love of Triton hurry up I'm supposed to be at work and my boss is back in 5 minutes

Maybe off topic now: Palin has moved from a Fed controlled system to an Alliance controlled one? Presumably the Feds didn't refuse him permission to relocate in their own systems, he's a 'valuable asset' surely? Why would they 'let' him relocate to another Superpower? Was this a handy excuse/smokescreen for a relocation anyway, Arque is hardly next door to Maia but is central for other things?? Also according to GalMap most of the sites are Wreakin Construction owned, is there a connection or is this irrelevant?

It could be an innocent oversight (like this CGs distance star-station).
Or it is evil intent.
Palin is clearly not a friend of the Federation.

Back to the CG, is there a way to know who were the top 10 cmdrs? I want to name at least an Anaconda for each and every one of them. I would actually name the stations and mega-ships after them but my power is limited.
according to Inara:
Top 10 CMDRs~ 83,329 to 200,952
I believe first place belongs to @Nova Viper Dwagon
@Northpin said he made it to Top10, also @darkflemish
can't remember the rest (sorry)
But looking through last pages, you should probably find some more

There is no published record of who they are, a policy of not "Naming and Faming" I suppose, so we only know if these shy an retiring people let us know in these threads.

Actually this time they have been quite forthcoming.

I was one of them, but definitely not first. I don't usually support the alliance. I just felt like frontier did them wrong, and I wanted to help.

Sucks it didn't get completed, I wish I had known about the Allied plight sooner and I could have helped more but it wouldn't have been enough. I hadn't been keeping track with what was going on here on the boards and all I knew about the CG was what was on Galnet. Even though I had no interest in helping the Empire I went there just to get some rank grinding done at the same time. I was in the top 25% and advanced a rank to Viscount and that's when I heard about what was going on here. By that point I only had part of a day and an hour or two after work for a couple of nights. Somehow even with the very little I did I was in the Top 50% just after that first partial day. I'm guessing a lot of people signed up and didn't participate or just turned in a few loads and called it quits.

In the bad old days the Contributors figure counted everybody who had signed up nowadays we only get counted when we actually contribute something.

A quarter of the people delivered 252 tonnes or less.

I know a pilot with a Hauler with 18t cargo capacity turned 6-7 rounds of superconductors to Judson (one turn/day at evenings) with ~140K profit, just because the community mood (and the help-feeling). He was happy with the 500K reward at the end.

I think that most of those were exactly like that Hauler pilot. New pilots or new created saves that signed up and tried to participate. And I bet many of them signed up and didn't realize the (EDIT)161k ls travel and what it really meant until they were there.

That illustrates one of the attitudes that has been emblematic for me in this CG. Lots of people joined the effort because they felt the Alliance was wronged and contributed however they were able to.

I could haul about 50,000t in my shieldless Cutter and almost touched the top 10 at one point, but couldn't sustain the effort. Ended up in the top 10%. But overall, it was quite a ride for me. Not particularly for the gameplay itself, but for taking part of the community effort for the Alliance. It felt good to be able to help out. A few weeks ago I knew nearly nothing about the Alliance. Now I've helped out build part of its infrastructure. In the process I've been catching little glimpses of its culture, here and there. Now I'm ready to move forward with the Alliance.

It's been fun, folks! Thanks for all the help.

See you in the black!
