I was one of the very first backers, probably before the MK 4 Cobra was even dreamed of. I made Elite 3 possible. I think it is only fair that paying customers, backers and fans alike can own all the ships in the game one way or another.
Making paint jobs exclusive is one thing, but restricting access to a time slot is NOT fair. Someof us, backers, players alike, may have not been in the loop at the time, plus, pressure-selling, time constrained sales are anti-consumer anyway.
I backed the game with my own money! I made it possible! But yet I'm excluded from buying a MK4 Cobra, my favourite ship! All because I didn't give in to a pressure sales tactic! Come on, David. I trusted you, I played ALL of your Elite games right from being a kid!
Reward customers with minor exclusives, like paint jobs or kit pieces, or decals... like you rewarded me with (a decal). But to hold a ship from us isn't really fair.
Please, David, make the MK 4 Cobra available to buy. (LOL, I'm begging to actually buy something LOL!) At least in game, or heck, even would pay real money for it in the store .
