A most devious solution to Cobra MK4 situation!! >:) and a CMDR Market

bingo!
you didn't even knew there will be a c4 when you payed for lep
Please read my many posts on the subject. I knew. I wanted and as I have stated in the last 'gimmie the C4' thread; having free access to it, swung it for me. When it came to paying for the LEP.

I've just been using my time machine to send folks back to 28 Dec 14 so they can buy their Elite accounts within the requisite time-frame. Unfortunately I'm going to have to shut the machine down for the next few days, as there's a thick buildup of tritrium in the reactor's interchange, so anyone waiting will have to wait a little longer, not that it will matter once you've been temporally displaced.

Can I book a ticket?
PvP was a golden time back then before engineers. Pew pew

Have done with it and send them back to 1984 and they can have the Cobra mark 1.

I think that paying £120.00 for the Cobra Mk4 compared to customers only having to pay around £15 for it must be pretty annoying.
I'll take you up on your time machine offer, IndigoWyrd. But please, take me back to the moment I stupidly thought to give Frontier money for nothing. Thanks.
Making something unobtainable in order to get a positive reaction for more sales just doesn't seem to make sense, only to p**s off customers. How is that a good marketing move?

The LEPs and the pre-horizon's sales, were to fund the game's progress. Nothing to do with pleasing the player base. It was F.D. asking people to 'take a risk'.

As a kick-starter; you should understand that.

1 beeeelliion and I may think about it. Cash upfront, unmarked credits.

Deal! i would actually pay that if it meant i could finally have the tin-can.... Triple Elite, ALL engineers maxed, own all tech broker modules, own almost all the Powerplay modules... wth am i to do but collect credits and ships?? :D MK4 would make a nice vintage piece to my collection... and also will sate my disappointment for missing the pre-order of horizons by a single month....

I don't care much about the MK4 besides curiosity, but I have occasionally wondered if a player component market could be a solution to the PP weapon annoyance. I also have all sorts of weapons and components I'm pretty sure I no longer need but don't want to get rid off because I spent all that trouble engineering in the first place. Finding them a new home with some other player would be preferable.

Of course I think a player market would open some new cans of worms I don't fully understand.
