General Gameplay Jurassic World Evolution needs to be more like Cities Skylines

I know this is a very large request.
When I say Jurassic World Evolution needs to be like Cities Skylines. I'm talking about the build area covering whole islands like Pena and Sanctuary and being able to go high in the sky and see the whole build area. I don't know about the rest of the Islands but I definitely want the build area to cover all of Pena and Sanctuary especially Pena's monorail and arrival port.

Sorry, but is may not ever happen because certain game core elements (depending on the nature of the game) such as that can not be drastically changed for already launched video games. It’s an unspoken rule that all mainstream game developer studios follow, and there’s no way anyone (players and developers alike) or the game itself could handle such a massive overhaul like that in a development and performance view.

Like I said above I don't know about the rest of the islands. Because they're really big but Sanctuary and Peña are small enough. And I really want to explore the area that has Pena's arrival dock.

JWE2 as expansion. Separarate limit bounds for both PC and consoles. Solved.

Sequels are never extension packs to existing games. You don’t even know if a “JWE2” is a true thing yet. Nobody does.

I don’t think a map extension would be a think at the moment either way because of how the game’s current depth is made.

You can’t have everything you want for everything, you know. It’s an unfair reality, sure, but instead of fighting it, you manage through it with other stuff that can at least keep you satisfied.

Indeed. I actually like the limited space. Means you got to plan your parks and dinosaurs. I like to make blueprints for my parks. Not just fill stuff in there. Creativity is key here.

This is about more than just park planning. It's also about being able to explore outside the build area and seeing the whole island/piece of the island.

That's really not how it works. With the possible exception of Isla Pena as it's such a small island.
Suppose the build edges are extended. Yes you'd be able to build further, but since you can also more the camera there now you can also see further. So more un-buildable horizon would need to be made so that the map edge doesn't look incomplete. And then people will complain about why they can't build in this new area. It just moves the problem away a little further. And of course increased build area will result in bigger parks and heavier CPU requirements.
Big parks can already lag quite a bit, increasing the build area even more with the current performance isn't a good idea. Besides, the maps are plenty big, just plan your parks better.

This ain't about park planning it's about being able to explore outside of the build area and being able to see the whole island (Pena and Sanctuary) or the whole piece of the island (Isla Nublar and The Five Deaths).

That's literally what 90% of my post was about.

Only the single last sentence was about park planning. Which was not the main point, clearly.
