The road to 3000

So, the circumnav to map all the ELWs from my 3 previous trips around the outer edge of the galaxy is over. The total now stands at 2571. Looking through all of my notes..and doing a bit of the maths, the ELW hit rate on all 4 trips was between 75:1 and 78:1 filtering for A & F (and G when needed for higher density navigating) and also excluding previously discovered ELWs by other CMDRs.
Sooo.... I dumped the exploraconda, broke out my original AspX, and cut a trail back to the ZUNOU sector, to continue working my E cube of 8 D cubes. It would seem the last update scrambled most of my days of work hacking the navcomputer, so I have been repairing that as I restart my search.

Hey,
After a long break i'm also back in Zunou to finish off MT-z sub sector.
It's a real pain scanning every D mass star in the cube rather than a more targeted search, but I feel I should finish what I started.
Up to 6300 scanned so far. Just found an ELW in a n F9 system too.
Will catch up soon.

I don't know how you guys do it. It seams to take forever to finish 'my' cube. Systems total : 13,162 - Remaining: 9,921 - Ratio: 1:67

filter for not visited....use mpfj's sector lister to eliminate unwanteds...then just slow troll on economy is how I do it.. on a good day...I can go through 150-200 or so.

Interesting. I book mark 80 systems. Jump to the first in the list. Scan it. Delete the bookmark. Jump to the next and so on.
I'll check out the SectorLister. Thanks.

The more time you can avoid being in the Galmap, the more time that can be spent checking another system. As you jump, each one is auto wiped from the map so you never visit that system again.go top to bottom..side to side...just make you a course on economy , stop to check the blue blob screen..and on to the next..
