Like em all but I am a fan of oatmeal too. Can convince yourself it's healthy

Well, learn something new everyday. Apparently I have been enjoying Vanillekipferl my whole life and never knew the name. My grandmother on my dad's side made them for me all the time, now my wife makes them following the same recipe. We always knew they came from when our family left the Austro-hungarian empire to immigrate to the US, just always called them almond crescent cookies. The more you know....
I recommend the Swedish oat flakes galette and chocolate

All is not lost, IMHO the best gluten free food are cookies. Beer's not bad either.None of the above - not since being diagnosed with Coeliac disease. Even react to Avenin in oats. Life can be so cruel.

The only gluten free biscuits I've tried have tasted truly vile. Had to spit them out and couldn't get rid of the taste for hours. Guess I'll have to keep searching for ones that are actually edible. Did buy a fantastic gluten free chocolate cake for a while but, naturally, that got discontinued.
Before the coeliac diagnosis my biscuit of choice was always the chocolate Hobnob.
