How was The Secrets of Dr. Wu trailer made?

I want to make a similar video but I'm the one narrating. The dinosaurs are replaced with YouTube videos and YouTube Poops not made by me and the hybrids are replaced with YouTube Poops made by me.

There are millions of video editing programs... Depends on alot of factors. Do some research. Sony Vegas is pretty easy to use.

They aren’t that active on here, and they only really respond on threads about major issues (goat socializing being an example of a bug that became a feature). And besides, there’s no reason you can’t download a free video editor and figure it out yourself. I’d tell you the one I use but I don’t remember the name (I’ll edit the name in when I get home).

Update: I use "Shortcut", although it's not as user firendly as Windows Movie Maker used to be (which isn't apparently available anymore).

This trailer was made with footage of the game along with assets created by our team. Other people in this thread have recommended some editing software, which is a good place to start.

If I were to ask frontier to remake the trailer for me. How much would I have to pay.

We wouldn't do this. Our focus is on the game :)

I was expecting one of the devs to come and reply like they did on my goat socializing thread.

As the question was answered, we figured all was well!

Oh, and totally forgot. If you’re playing on PC you’ll need a screen capture program that takes video. I think “Fraps” is still around for free, but there’s probably better stuff out there too.

I recommend adobe illustrator, adobe after effects and adobe premiere. These programs are great for video editing and asset creation for the cool computer digital effects. You could get all of them in the adobe creative cloud.
