Fleet Carriers are invincible but ships are not... what if...

What if an explorer goes to Beagle Point with his/her fleet carrier and his/her ship gets destroyed?
The explorer will respawn to Explorer's Anchorage near Sagittarius A*, but the FC will most probably remain there.... or not??

A. It would be a big grind for the explorer to go back to Beagle Point to return to his/her FC if he was planning to return to the inhabitated space (especially if other ships are on the carrier).
B. But it would also be a big grind if the Explorer wants his FC at Beagle Point and instead it respawn with him, near Explorer's Anchorage.

So I'm curious to know what's going to happen upon ship destruction. If we can maybe chose to keep the FC in place or relocate it with us, maybe with an additional cost on the rebuy?

C. The fleet carrier is the last place you docked at and you respawn there?
Interesting point...
Maybe with an additional cost on the rebuy since the FC don't store brand new ships for us. We would pay a percentage (the same as the insurance) also on the transfer of such brand new ship.

I think this is the worst possible, most consequence free, option. Therefore, it is the most plausible option.

Unless you get the choice of respawning at the closest station in your old ship OR respawning on the carrier in one of the other ships you have aboard (if any).

That'd create a bit of a dilemma and, perhaps, usher in an era of exploration in un-engineered ships.
