Its really got to say something when the demand of the OP is really to have stuff that works out the box. Is that really such a massive ask?
So why dont they put more staff on it, churn out more content, make evrybody happy and sell more stuff in the process. Full price expansions aswell as kits and jobs.
Edit: look at me sitting here... i would pay £20 just to get the ADS back in whatever form. Sell a custom ship or something! But no they rather prevent me from spending money here ever again....
Not to the extreme level such as death threats.Hello games went with the no forum policy as a result though. There were also death threats in the reddit thread of the petition, so FDEV are getting exactly the same level of hate.
What post, you quoted my own post twice. This recent post proves you wrong:
Because their analysts ran some numbers with the data they have, and determined this would have to be the best odds of a healthy financial future. Despite missing out on your twenty quid, which somehow turns out to not be central to the long-term planning of a publicly traded company with over 500 employees.

I stand corrected but fdev say they listen but never change.Check out the mods disclaimer :
"I can't believe I have to even say this, but sending frontier employees personal attacks and death threats is super uncool and will get you an immediate ban from this community. Make your criticism as pointed and as loud as you want, but attack the problems you have, not the people."

Lol the drama. Like im going to read all those pages. Are we sure this isnt some kind of deliberate disengagement strategy?![]()
That annoying avatar may change the balanceSeeing as how my rep score blows his out of the water, I'm thinking you're wrong on that one![]()

Because there was explicit discussion of cooperative gameplay around obtaining, maintaining, moving, upgrading a Squadron fleet carrier. I don't deny that personal fleet carrier is great for individual players but it removes the possibility of in-game-supported internal squadron gameplay.
Yeah, but my wanger is bigger then yours.Seeing as how my rep score blows his out of the water, I'm thinking you're wrong on that one![]()
I do hope you're right. But I am very skeptical. Like George W Bush said: "Fool me once shame on... shame on you. Fool me twice... you fool me once you can't fool me again!"No... it doesn't... or... should I say... it shouldn't... because that would be FD doing what they havn't done before.
These Carriers will still need resources to move, right? We do not know yet how much... but, I do guess that it will be enough so that if you have Squadron mates helping you restock your Fleet Carrier, it will go much faster than doing it in Solo play. I very much doubt that FD are going to implement Fleet Carriers to NOT benefit from multiplayer gameplay....
Just as Rare trading, just as laser mining, just as saving damaged starports, just as CZs, just as RES sites BH, just as Thargoid killing, just as wing missions... ALL these benefit from grouping up, but doesn't make it exclusive to grouping up.
They have explained the design changes, you are apparently NOT adult enough to accept it.It's an example of not keeping us up to date with design decisions. Most of us are adult enough to accept design changes if they're explained but FD don't do this. Instead we get silence and speculation which leads to a vacuum of speculation and Chinese whispers among players and the inevitable let downs. Frontier are awful at managing expectations. You don't manage expectations by just not saying anything.
They created this.No wonder the FDev response was so tone-deaf; just look at the echo chamber they've built here in their official community.
