I never realized you quitting the game was a request to meet in up game, more the opposite of that really. Call me old fashioned but I'd have sent a DM or flown towards your location in the gal-map.

I would say 1 billion for the base outfit, and then another 10 for proper A-grade outfit for the purpose you are going to use it.
