I've mentioned this before, but INARA is a project that is hosted on servers in the Czech Republic in a small town best noted for it's beer festival, and its picturesque river.

I love it and I support it and we all depend on it, but it's a tiny thing in a faraway place.

I'm sure it goes offline when both the staff at the webhost providers go to lunch at the pub around the corner.

I think they update at 0:00 UK time, I've seen it down quite often around that time, usually for around 15 minutes, which fits with the time of OP's post and edit.

Every midnight (UK) it's down for up to fifteen minutes.

Yes I agree - I too make a point of not trying to use the INARA site from around midnight (UK) for about a quarter hour.
