Alioth is BGS lock why ... why is lock they are all alliance there no treat . i think sol is lock too so why we can change things there this is very sad because now we cant expand in all capital ok good but cant do things inside the system too this is sad we went to manipulate the BGS . Fdev you add turner research group there for i think for expand the faction but if we cant change the owner of the system we cant do anything so plz do something on that . i know you have so much to do but i think is a good question to ask is that ok to just leave all 6 faction in sol and alioth without the possibility to move in other system or involve

Some of those systems unlock with rank from the respective powers that be in those specific areas. Sol - federation, Summerland - Empire. Idk about Alioth
i dont talk take over or put a other faction there . i talk about the faction is already there like in sol we have 6 faction but no one can fight each other and no one can expand but the leader . is the same for alioth this is lock . you cant change the leader but because of that we cant move outside some faction . so because of that the system is pretty dead in bgs perspective

Non-lead factions can expand from locked systems - just push them to 75% influence as normal.
(The systems are sufficiently busy and high population that the control the lead factions have on the stations is going to make this difficult, of course)
