Release Woes

Franchise mode is basically what I got the game for, one day i'll be able to make Cute Critter Corner! (yes i've submitted a ticket)! I'm also unable to redeem any of my Deluxe Edition bonuses like the soundtrack, the frontier website is pretending like I didn't even buy the DE. Trying to be chipper about it though, suppose this is the price of buying on release. I think the devs are good people, so it makes me sad to see everybody being rude, but at the same time i'm sad I can't really enjoy this game I spent so much money on.

Hello,

You can find the Deluxe wallpapers and the Planet Zoo soundtrack in the game folder, which you can access by right clicking on the game in your Steam library list and choose for browsing local files.

Those items are not on the Frontier website.

There were some problems with the franchise server, which might have caused the issue as seen in your screenshot. If that issue continues to occur, then please report it to Frontier using the Issue Tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/

Please let us know if the issue is resolved or not. I hope you will soon be able to fully enjoy the game! :)

I don't know why people were saying go to the website, THANK YOU, at least now I can listen to this great OST while playing the offline mode. Unfortunately this issue still persists for me no matter what into today, I contributed to this ticket as I would advise anyone else with the same issue to: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/5421

Awesome, glad to know that you can now enjoy the wonderful Planet Zoo soundtrack!

I hope that the other issue gets resolved asap.
