Second tutorial scenario - unable to find information display

Hello!
I am playing the second tutorial scenario, the one about monkeys.
At first I was able to find the information display and put it on the lemur signs just as suggested in the tutorial step by step.

Then I saved the game, and downloaded a bunch of blueprints.

Then at the end, with the last objective for gold medal, I made my own habitats etc. And I wanted to put up information displays. But I am unable to find them. I wonder if it has been disabled somehow and I have to research it again or if the blueprint downloads messed up things?

Hmmm..I have them listed in my silver star second tut. Facilities/viewing devices speakers. Unless something got borked after the patch. But, you shouldnt have to research those.

It showed up when I started the game again. I guess it was a temporary glitch or some kind of user error, I am still new. ;)
