Servers down ?

Both my fanchise zoos are having issues this morning , The icon top left of welcome screen says i am online

Zoo 1 it loads then says there is an internal error and says i am offline
Zoo 2 it wont even load and says there is an error connecting

I am completly unable to do anything since 5 minutes.
Seems the server needs a vet again.

The mean thing is, somewhere on the world it is always peak time.

I'm having the same issues my zoo loads I get a few minutes then internal server error and I have to quit to menu and I'm still online. I love franchise mode but the dependence on the server is worrying when it seems to struggle a lot.

Same here, thanks for the link. Since the last thing I did with my franchise was seeing it completely crash yesterday, I thought something had broken with it...

A vague time estimate would be nice too. Are we talking 10 minutes? 2 hours? 8 hours?

Edit: Apparently the answer is far longer that I would expect a random unannounced maintenance to take.

just that, I do not understand why everything is so Twitter focused. I made me an account but hardly use it. whenever I look for information on a topic( not only games) I go to a official Forum/website first

I guess its a smartphone/mobile issue maybe?
I still use a 15 years old nokia dumbphone, albeit i am quite up-to-date on internet stuff...
i even use reddit from time to time...
ah crap i am old.

now i have a twitter account... so sad^^

Good to know that it is because of this. I wondered how a Graphic-Driver-Update could affect Franchise-Mode but not Career-Mode. Why do they use Twitter for such a important Announcement? I only use Instagram and look in the Forum, so I didn't know what the Reason was until I found this Thread

Its the way of things nowadays , So many games companies are obsessed with twitter , Facebook and online games , They seem to think it means they are reaching a wider audience of players
It is just a shame they then forget their core of players who look first on their own website for information

The game is not in Early Access. The mode, which is the main Planet Zoo aspect I was investing my time and effort into, hasn't been working for nearly 1.5 hours already. Without any information about the exact timeline for a fix. Is that alright?

With a minimum of common sense, that is completly allright for a new-set-up online aspect of a fresh released game, yes.
