What possibly the community challenge reward be?

I 66! Got 14 rewards, mostly credits but a few animals thrown in there; red panda, orangutan & a gorilla I think? + the tiger outfit items. I started going a bit crazy on my breeding program...

Was so happy to finally stop....I am so sick of hearing tiger cubs crying out...

It's been ended for hours now and there's nothing to claim, noting to say we did well, or anything to make us notice... If we didn't check the challenge we wouldn't even know it's ended... I too was under the impression there was a bonus reward for completing the challenge (that scaled depending on how many tigers you bred). That said it's only 08:30 am here, so if they're in the UK, maybe they just haven't got into work to update us yet.

Things like that would not be manually updated.. And if the delay is scheduled, why not showing it to let us now when final results/rewards can be expected?

And there should be a reward since it was said that everyone who participated would get a reward for the completion of the challenge, so even breeding one tiger should get you a reward although it's not enough to get the first stage of the scaled reward...

And even if there is no reward, where is the congrats message?

Well if you did the tigers correctly you should of ended up with a butt tonne of cc. I got 56,000 and ended up breeding 82 tigers. They taken the Gorillas off the website though and the Tiger event is now saying 17 hours remaining so i think they made a mistake!!! Also buy 1 male to 2 female Gorillas otherwise the male has reduced breeding chance with just 1 due to lack of social group

If you look on Planet Zoo website, the event has been extended for 17 more hours so until midnight tonight Monday 11th. Also they accidentally let slip the next Community Challenge at midnight last night on their website. It's release 90,000 gorillas to the wild. Hope you saved enough CC to buy them as they minimum 1500 each! Get them Gorillas humping!!

Thanks for the notice, the challenge in game is not updated. As for CC, yes either by selling or releasing tigers, it's not a problem right now

I just bread 5 or 6 of the Tigers, because i wanted to play the game in my way: Building my own zoo - and not a puppymill-zoo for Tigers.

Talking about the animal prices in the beta a lot of people were afraid about all this puppymill-gameplay (to get some more expensive animals) and now the game forces you to play in that way to earn sth.?

I mean, i like the idea of those community challenges and I also like be part of it. But when my zoo is just giving birth to a few of those animals i shouldnt get punished (not getting unique rewards) for not making my zoo to a puppymill.

I guarantee there will still be someone (probably over on steam) moaning that they can't afford gorillas because the community is terrible and overpricing them.
Especially as this event it to wild release like the lions, so people will be less inclined to trade the cheaper/bad animals.

Yeah, I feel you there. I had 3 pens of tigers and now I'll probably end up with 2-3 gorilla pens instead. Probably best to have a main franchise zoo and a separate zoo with spammed small enclosures for farming the community events, I guess? Or just one zoo for each event animal, in case they recycle the challenges at some point in the future. Problem is you have to redo the research for every new zoo and that takes forever.

I hope they will clear this up, if there is a final reward for participating in a challenge. however there are plenty of rewards all ready, but the wording in my language makes me think there should be a final prize.
on the PZ website it says now the Tiger challenge is over and the next one, "the Great (esc)ape" will start in about 13:39 h. I am looking forward to this one, I all ready got me a small Gorilla group for a start

I can confirm that now, after i finally made it to get two gorillas yesterday for under 1000 points each that was not:

• complete infertile
• 40+ years old
• dead

I thought after completion of the event we will get something. Or was it just the animals, costume and cc we get during the event?

I won't have the opportunity to 'like' it because I simply have no way of participating in the challenge because animals birthrates are near non-existent and even when I do save up enough cc's to acquire animals with cc's they completely disappear from the game. I even lost the 500 cc's that were gifted for playing the beta due to having to restart my franchise/zoo due to these issues.

Check the animal market filters once. I faces this issue and had deleted the initial franchise but in the new franchise also there were no animals showing in the market so I thought it was corrupted or broken but when I did filter reset the issue went away. The filters are carried over to new franchise too even if you delete previous one.

The important part here is the filter for your storage.
I once thought my animals are gone too, because i didn't realized that you have seperate filters on the market for the actual tab where you
can buy animals, as well as for your storage.
I accidently had set the storage-filter to the animal i was searching for in the market-tab and therefore all other species was hidden.

Same happened for me... I had set both storage and market filters to such values that I thought I lost over 30 animals and can't even buy new ones. This issue really needs fixing.

I took the time to make sure I stay in the 1st range of prize:

And as expected with the icons I got CC (500) and a... soon to die animal... it doesn't feel at all like a reward for all the work done...

Not sure what happened there - I didn't get any new rewards when I logged in (I also restarted just to check there wasn't an update).

Maybe one of your just tigers had babies and pushed you over the 120 mark for another reward?

My icon is in the first one. I think I bred 73 tigers in total. My screen looks the same as Dae's screenshot above, with the 0.97 too (though it's not clear what that means).
