Peafowl tail animation?

Male Indian Peafowls still not displaying their feathers
As the title says, I still did not see any of my male peaflows displaying their feathers to the female peafowls although there are a bunch of them and they already mated. In the trailer you can see, that they should be able to display their feathers.

Exact same for me. Nearly 40 in-game years, probably had 100+ Peafowl and nothing. They lift their tails like they're about to show their feathers but then put them back down again. Would be so nice too see how my Albino's look with their white tails.
Yea like... it was shown in previous behind the scenes videos as well. and up front and center in the launch trailer.... so how does this get missed out?Exact same for me. Hey there. How large and full are your enclosures? It may be that there is not currently a large enough space for these animations to play out. It could also be an issue though so do please report it on the Issue Tracker so our team can take a look.
I have never seen it and I have a massive enclosure, I presumed it just didnt happen.
Should this already be considered as "too small"? Would be disappointed if it is.
Just make your entire zoo a walkin exhibit =p (the terrain requirements will destroy you)
It's the bugs and crashes every single time I play that are destroying me.
I so want to do that! In the past I have worked in 2 different jobs (irl) where there were Peafowl wandering around. It surprised me that peachicks can fly at less than a week old! irrelevant but interesting fact.
My enclosure is pretty massive and I have never seen it.
I didn't think it was a bug, I just assumed they never did that and the animation was removed.
My enclosure is definitely large and open enough, I think.
If space to display animations is what is preventing animals from behaving as they should, is there a way to reprogram that? To make the required space smaller? Even if things occasionally clip, I’d rather see my animals socialising and displaying than not.
