Game designers

Reading all these comments and suggestions probably makes you feel like you failed to make a good product. Keep your heads up guys and gals. It's a very impressive game that just needs refining...I've been in your place before in a new product launch. It seems like the suggestions are just pointing out problems you couldn't forsee or thought of ...this community seems pretty happy overall from an outsider perspective.

If this game matures to even close to the way planet coaster did over time, you should be proud. The level of detail, animal AI and creativity you allow people in this gaming franchise is beyond anything offered to gamers before.

Don't listen to the negative comments written by "armchair" critics that live for bashing people's work through anonymous posts.

Looking forward to the future updates and DLC addons packs

Oh I hope they do listen to all feedback, positive and negative - and they have prooven they do, many times.
I understand what you are trying to say, the problem is not the negative feedback, it is those people who have no manners, no decency and just scream and shout, demanding they need this and that and they want the perfect game from the very start - justlike little kids in a supermarket throwing a tantrum.
I bet Frontier does know they made an amazing game, but they also know it is still kinda WIP, and the feedback does help to improve and terminate those big and small bugs and make it even more fantastic.

A silver tongue is not needed.
Not forgetting that you talk to real people with feelings, fears and passion for their work already helps.

Indeed.
People should also remember it is only feedback, and with that feedback, they can do anything, or nothing.

In the end, if you like it or not, you need to stick with what you got and what they deliver.

Sometimes feedback also turns into demands, and that's where things can go wrong.

if you order a handcrafted large brown table and you get a handcrafted small red one with lots of bruises would you still say good job?

Nope, you return it and get the correct one.

The last time I checked, Planet Zoo was still behaving as a zoo simulator. So yeah. Good job.

Feedback is always welcome, whether it's good or bad. So long as our developers have something constructive to work with they can always look at how to make Planet Zoo even better. Right now if something is going wrong please let our team know on our Issue Tracker and if there are areas of the game that are working but you think could be better please continue to share the information in our Feedback forum :)

I've over 50 hours logged so far, and the small details continually impress me. Yesterday I adopted a couple of Pangolins for the first time and love that they walk with their front paws curled inwards as they do in RL. Also that the babies have slightly different scale colouring.

Is there room for improvement? Of course. Are some of the bugs ultra annoying (clean natural water I'm looking at you!) Yes. Is it still a great game? Yes, I think it is. I havent been this drawn into a tycoon / builder type game since the original Theme park, Theme hospital, and Railroad Tycoon 2
